Given the great importance that the Bands have had and have in everyday life and art of our peoples, we have proposed in this paper the task of presenting an historical account of the history more relevant and enforceable in the development and evolution of Band Music "Musical Society Maritime Towns", as well as analyze the effectiveness, relevance and future of this grouping in musical development.
Por supuesto, resulta una dura y casi imposible labor, tratar de no olvidar detalles en semejante recuento, ya que para ello sería imprescindible el conocimiento minucioso de la historia y un buen conocimiento de su historia; sin embargo, es nuestro propósito que, al menos, los datos históricos más resaltantes relacionados con el desarrollo de la Música Sociedad Musical, puedan quedar consignados en esta modesta recopilación. Sixteen musicians from another MUSICAL SOCIETY
January 1986, created the Maritime Towns Musical Society, and formed a board of fifteen "players" and a president, MORA ANDREW CARRILLO whose function was to program a series of activities and concerts.
From the beginning, did everything possible to dispose of or acquire a separate room where he taught music education classes and conducted tests for upcoming shows.This was possible thanks to the perseverance and interest of the board and its president. Its evolution was progressive, even in the year 1990 was achieved 1st prize from the 7th edition of the FESTIVAL OF THE MEDITERRANEAN.
In its evolution was registered in the Register of the Federation of Music Societies and the S BAND COORDINATOR City of Valencia.
That means a lot and is hardly coincidental. Apart from musical activities properly, the President believes that the building in question must serve to give satisfaction to the musicians and partners which have come true.
This Musical Society have come out promising young professional musicians who began their training in this band and made music a way of living with the art of music, holding positions of increasing responsibility in military bands, Municipal Symphony Orchestra, Conservatory of Music Schools, primary and secondary teachers.

Dear colleagues and friends 25 years ago, in 1986 you and a group of friends like you, you had the illusion and the courage to establish this company. In those difficult days thanks to your effort and determination could be carried out this project today after twenty years of hard work and professionalism, both yours and your predecessors can say that we have to have a clearly established Musical Society.
We are an institution in the heart of Cabañal, in addition to our musical contribution to the streets and local festivals, culture inculcate and instruct our children and youth who are in great need.

The Company has about 60 musicians. Es la nuestra, Ours is a young band in evolution and progress, with presence in the Village and Maritime Open to all types of cultural activities in the neighborhood.
Participating in about about 14 concerts a year (Parks and Gardens in the Jardines del Palau de la Música in Port Pergola, in the shipyards, 1. Moorish landing, the Nostra Retobem Music Concert, Day Concert Music Valenciana sponsored by IVAM.

Once again we meet again at the Celebration of This traditional Festival of the Sea Bands. Festivals and celebrations are the most vivid expression of our cultural traditions, and in them the music, especially in our land, is one of its most important and indispensable. Without music, many of our parties do not understand.
Since the City Council support the holding of such events that enhance and disseminate our cultural heritage.
